GETTING READY FOR A GREAT DAY OF SELLING:

 

  • Merchandise! Is your inventory standing tall?
  • Make sure there are 3 appointments scheduled for every day.
  • Have each sales person dig to find 2 deals that haven’t happened but still could.
  • Managers, be involved on every deal.
  • Managers, make sure to thank every customer before they leave and call them afterwards.

The blocking and tackling of this business is crucial
when the market is not as giving as you are used to.
